Muhiuddin Khan Alamgir, the Honourable Minister, is in charge of the Ministry of Home Affairs . He is assisted by Advocate Shamsul Haque Tuku, the Honourable State Minister. The Home Secretary is the administrative head. The Secretary is assisted by 2 Additional Secretary, 6 Joint Secretaries, 12 Deputy Secretaries, 1 Deputy Chief, and 38 Senior Assistant Secretary/ Senior Assistant Chief/ Assistant Secretary/ Assistant Chiefs.
